Le Thi Xuan Mai (Class of 2013-2017, English Studies)

My name is Le Thi Xuan Mai and I am proud of being a student of School of Humanities and Languages in Tan Tao University where I can confidently provemyself to be an active student joining many social projects and extra activities. Additionally, TTU is not only a place full of nice friends and great teachers, but also a wonderful place which has brought students many opportunities to access the great academic curriculum and practical learning activities. TTU’s learning program with American style has helped me to improve my English skills and trained me to be flexible in unexpected situations, and quickly adapt to a new working and living environment with many skills such as leadership skills, presentation skills, self-study skills, public speaking and problem-solving skills. Knowledge and skills that I learned from TTU professors helps qualify me to be selected to attend many youth conferences and international youth programs. Furthermore, I got the fellowship from US Department of State to spend five weeks studying in the US! This was a good chance for me to introduce to other fellows about my TTU and my country. It’s is true that what I have learned from TTU have supported me not only in the academic program but also in my career path. That is proven by my current position in the Talentnet Trainee Program organized by Talentnet Cooperation where I am working now. I strongly believe that I and my fellow graduate friends from TTU are already equipped with a strong foundation to get ready for any challenges in work and life. I am excited to go and explore the world thanks to the tools equipped by my beloved TTU.
