Ms. Thanh Nguyen Mai Bui (School of Humanities and Languages) attended the 10th Asian EFL Journal International Conference from January 30 to February 2, 2014 in Manila, Philippines. During Ms. Thanh’s presentation, “Bringing the Leisure World into Classrooms,” she presented some effective ways to organize class activities and to motivate students while helping them become self-reliant learners. Ms. Thanh expounded upon methods of making teaching more exciting and inspiring.
