The School of Languages – Tan Tao University would like to formally acknowledge and extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Trần Phú Vinh, an outstanding alumnus from the 2018–2022 cohort and former Secretary of the School, for his dedicated contributions over the past three years.

During his time of service, Mr. Trần Phú Vinh consistently demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility, a diligent work ethic, and great attention to detail in every assigned task. As a key administrative supporter, he played a vital role in bridging communication between faculty, students, and staff, contributing significantly to the development of a professional, stable, and student-centered academic environment at the School of Languages.

In addition to his administrative service, Mr. Vinh is also a proud academic success story of the School. Through his determination and academic excellence, he has been awarded four graduate scholarships from prestigious universities in Taiwan:

  • A fully funded scholarship from National Dong Hwa University (NDHU), covering tuition and monthly living expenses,
  • A fully funded scholarship from Tunghai University (THU),
  • A fully funded scholarship from National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT),
  • And a partial scholarship from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), including full tuition waiver and monthly stipend support.

These achievements reflect his commitment to lifelong learning, meticulous preparation, and strong academic capabilities.

Reflecting on his time at Tan Tao University, Mr. Vinh shared:

“My years studying and working at the School of Languages provided me with invaluable experience and insights into how a university education system operates. I not only developed practical administrative and academic skills, but also gained the opportunity to engage directly with learners – helping me better understand student needs and learning behavior. Most importantly, being in a bilingual working and learning environment where English is consistently used and encouraged has helped me maintain and enhance my language proficiency – a critical factor that has opened doors for international graduate study opportunities.”

As Mr. Vinh concludes his term of service at the School to embark on his new academic journey abroad, this marks a meaningful milestone in his personal and professional growth. The School of Languages extends its appreciation for his valuable service and wishes him continued success in all future endeavors.

We wish you good health, confidence, and the continued pursuit of knowledge and excellence.
The School of Languages will always be proud of you and support you from afar.

Sincerely,
School of Languages
