Mr. Isaac Smith is a graduate of George Washington University in Washington where he received a Masters in Public Policy. He received his bachelors from Seton Hall University. He previously taught English and worked in local government. His specialties are Urban policy, Medieval English and Modern German History. He now teaches English and History of Western Civilization at TTU.
